Heat Wave!
It's the kind of heat you can only survive sitting in front of a misting fan with an iced latte in your hand and a bag of frozen peas on your neck. And that's inside the house!
While getting dressed, you think you only have two seemingly irreconcilable options: to be reduced to a puddle under three layers of tops in an effort to look both modest and presentable, or to settle on a comfortable but sloppy t-shirt.
